Thank you Ashara for holding such an expressive and safe place for my cacao embodiment and breathwork practise session. It was wonderful to learn from you how to make cacao and use cacao. You opened such a wonderful receptive space for me to receive the benefits of the beautiful cacao that I drank that day, I was buzzing! I felt heard, cared for and held through and after the breathwork session where some massive emotions surfaced and were released and continued to release well after the session. You continued to tune in and support me making sure I was ok days after my session which was so comforting – thank you, an experience I’ll never forget!

I am over the moon, I have feeling again! It has taken a long time, after many surgeries, and being totally numb in that area, to now having that great tingling sensation again and feeling more sexual within myself and more turned on again. I am benefiting more each day with the shifts this goddess work is creating, not only for myself, but for my husband too!

The sacred feminine circle was so gentle and embracing. It was the first I had ever been to so wasn’t too sure what to expect but was met with such unconditional love. I had never connected to the sacred feminine within before and I felt Ashara held such a safe space for me to explore this part of myself and let my emotions surface. Although gentle it was a very potent experience connecting hearts and wombs. Thank you so much Ashara always grateful for the spaces that you hold.

Thank you so much for doing what you do so beautifully. A journey is exactly what it was for me. I moved through all sorts of states and feelings, many I didnt even know were there! There was gratitude, forgiveness, surrender, release, remembering, intending, joy, trusting and surrendering. At the end of it all a deep profound peace. Such an incredible experience. I slept so well like i was floating on a cloud and my Son who is an. hourly waker, slept over 5 hours, So it think he got some of the magic too!

The sacred feminine circle was such a powerful experience for me. I came into the circle with an open mind and open heart, but also feeling a bit stuck. The circle really allowed me to feel what I needed to feel and shift through something that was holding me back. Since that evening I feel like a stronger, more confident and more feminine version of me. It was truly a magical and healing experience and I am so grateful for what it has brought me.
